Alfredo Sauce
INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
dash Salt & Pepper
1/4 stick Butter
6-8 oz Pasta of choice (boiling)

















Put Butter, Salt and Pepper in saute pan
















Now pour in Heavy Whipping Cream, high flame

Now under high flame, let cream "rise up" then lower flame to
LOW, and let simmer for a few min more.
The sauce thickens during this time

















I served mine with Penne and
Chicken Limone.
NOTE:
If you flambe with Brandy after the Butter is melted, and then carry
on with the sauce, it makes a GREAT topping for char broiled
Steak or pounded out sauteed Veal Medalion or sauteed Chicken
Breasts!! Reese's puts out a
marinated Green Peppercorn, add
this while sauce is cooking. It's a type of Au Pouivre.
You can also use Alfredo sauce as one of the filling sauces in
Lasagna, as well as topping over Lasagna.
Alfredo is a basic sauce that can be expanded upon.
Add Veggies and/or Seafood like Shrimp to this as well.
