This is also a mother sauce, that other ingredients such as
sauteed ground beef or veggies can be added to.

Yield: 2 cups
Cook Time: a few minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1/2  stick butter
2 - 3 cups  WHOLE milk
1/4 - 1/2 cup  all purpose flour
pinch  ground nutmeg (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
In sauce pan melt butter, and whisk in flour till thick (like
glue). Slowly pour in milk, whisk on low flame till slightly
thickened, then remove from heat. You can add nutmeg if
you want.
