Kabob's
                         INGREDIENTS:
Beef Stew meat OR steak cut up into large peices
Zucchine
Cucumber
Peppers
LARGE Cherry Tomatoes
Italian Dressing
(Seasoning rub - optional)

                            DIRECTIONS:
In separate large zip lock bags, marinate large sliced Veggies and Beef in
Italian Dressing for at least one hour.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least one hour.
Skewer all Veggies and Beef, place on grill, basting with Italian Dressing
(left over from the Veggie bag), turning occasionally so all sides cook
(about 3-4 minutes each side.)
You can sprinkle your favorite seasonings rub if you want (Granulated
Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Onion Flakes etc) after you have basted with
Italian dressing.
Be careful when turning skewers, making sure that all sides get grilled.
Remember, oil the meat, not the grill.
