NGREDIENTS:

1 sheet Nori (seaweed)
handfull Japanese Rice
sprinkling of Sesame Seeds
a few thin strips of skinned Cucumber
about 2 Tablespoons Cooked Crab (imitation is fine)
A few thin slices of Avacado
A strip or two of Cream Cheese (optional)
Ginger slices
Wasabi (Japanese Horseradish)

NOTE: Read on how to prepare your mat, make Sushi Rice and slice Cream Cheese HERE

DIRECTIONS:
Put a handful of Japanese Rice on a sheet of Nori and sprinkle a bit of Sesame Seeds on top. Flip
over.
Put on some skinned thin Cucumber strips.
And finally some cooked Crab meat. Add the Cream Cheese Strip and thin sliced Avocado (optional)
Put onto the saran wrapped mat. Now, gently roll up, using the mat as a guide to start.
Press gently into shape with a Sushi mat that has Saran Wrap on it so it won't stick.
Wet a sharp knife with water, and as with all Rolls, cut in half, then cut those halves in half so you
have 8 pieces.
Serve with some pickled jarred Ginger slices and Wasabi.
