Olive Garden
Salad
the dressing ingredients:
1/3 cup white vinegar
4 1/2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 packet good seasons italian salad
dressing packet
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
the salad ingredients:
some american blend salad mix (or whatever
lettace you prefer)
some small cherry tomatoes
a few red onion slices
1 handful or more black olives
a few peperoncinis (i really never eat these,
but i wouldn't leave them out, they add taste)
handful or more croutons
some shredded Romano cheese
some shredded Parmesan cheese
Dressing Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a
blender. Blend until well mixed. Place in a
dressing container (or mason jar for
extra cuteness). Allow to chill. Best if chilled
overnight. Pour on salad and mix.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and
place in the refrigerator to chill before
serving with the dressing.
Note: Do not put the dressing on the salad
until you are ready to serve it. It will cause
the salad to go soggy.
