sealed container with a flat bottom that is
microwave and dishwasher safe.
Use glass like Pyrex, any brand plastic
container with a lid or even a
pre-packaged frozen meal.
Prepare your meals, put in various sized
containers and freeze.
Then take out and defrost overnight, and
put in your HOT LOGIC and take to work!!

Preparation: a few min  
Cook Time: crock pot low 6 hours, high 2 hours
Easy to make in Crock Pot

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can onion soup
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cocoa
2 cans kidney beans
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup cola

DIRECTIONS:

SEE NOTE for how to make Chili Mac Supreme
1. Brown ground beef and salt in oil. Put soup in
blender, blend for 1 minute.
2. Add all to crockpot. Drain beef and beans before
adding to crockpot. Let simmer on LOW for 6 hours or
on HIGH for 2 hours.

NOTE: To Make the CHILI MAC SUPREME, boil
Spaghetti noodles, drain, top with Chili, shredded
Cheddar and diced Onions and serve.
