If using THIN Asparagus, you can saute in
pan (that you used to fry steak in) with a bit
of oil/butter mixture.
If using THICK Asparagus, it's good to blanch
in boiling water for a couple of minutes
before sauteeing.
Top with melted butter & grated parmesan
cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch Asparagus ends cut off
splash Oilin pan
2 pinches Salt and Pepper
1 handfull grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup melted Butter

You can forgo the butter and parmesan
cheese and top with Hollandaise sauce if
desired. (the envelope pkg is best)
NOTES: You can also just bake in oven
adding the above mentioned ingredients OR
wrap up in heavy duty tin foil and grill.
