INGREDIENTS:
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese cut into 20 cubes
4 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (see note)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
parchment paper

NOTE: You can use the jar of Italian Seasoning OR, if you have
a pkg of Italian Seasoning (to make salad dressing)
you can use this instead. If you can't purchase a thick slice of
Mozzarella Cheese, you can substitute with shredded
or diced up slices. Make sure you use garlic POWDER (and not
garlic salt). If you don't have powder, use the garlic
salt VERY SPARINGLY.

DIRECTIONS: Separate biscuits. Put a cube of cheese in
center of each, wrap ends over to form a "ball" and place
seam side down. Bake 400*F on a cookie sheet lined with
parchment paper for a few minutes until light brown. Test
one to make sure cheese is melted. While baking, mix the
butter, seasoning & garlic powder. Remove biscuits when
done and brush over this mixture over each biscuit and serve.
