Spaghetti Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 6lb. can of Stewed or Whole Italian Plum Tomatoes
1/4 lb. Ground Pork
Handful of Fresh Basil, stems removed
1 Tablespoon Salt and Pepper
2-3 Tablespoons fine diced Garlic cloves
1-2 Tablespoons Parsley and Oregano






















Cut up the Tomatoes and put into a bowl. Save liquid.
With a Potato masher, mash up the Tomatoes. If you want a
less chunkier sauce blend in food processor.

Brown the Ground Pork in a bit of Olive Oil (to coat the
bottom of the Spaghetti Pot).




















Add the mashed Tomatoes, Juice and all the Seasonings &
Basil.





















Simmer for 20 minutes. Boil Pasta, plate and top with sauce
and Cheese.
