Goulash
INGREDIENTS
Handful of Ground Beef
1-2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
Salt and Pepper
1-2 Cups diced Tomatoes WITH liquid
3 oz boiled bite size Pasta
1/4 Cup Feta, rough cut
small handful shredded Mozzarella
1 Cup Chicken or Beef Broth
OPTIONAL
Diced Green Peppers
Diced Red Onions

DIRECTIONS
Brown the Ground Beef with Butter or Margarine, mash it down with a Potato
masher so it's tiny bits. (Add the diced Green Peppers and/or Onions at this
point.)












Cut up into large pieces the Whole Tomatoes (or you can use canned diced
Tomatoes).Add the diced Tomatoes, simmer for a few minutes.













Add the Broth and simmer while Pasta is boiling.













Boil the Pasta, drain, and add to sauce.
Put in bowl, top with Cheeses and serve.
