POTATOES
NOTE: Use Yukon Gold Potatoes for mashed potatoes for
best results. (You use Russets for baking)

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
3 Large Yukon Potatoes, peeled and cut up into small pieces
1 handful shredded Cheddar Cheese
small handful of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 large dollops of Sour Cream
Splash of Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Potato masher

DIRECTIONS:
Put peeled and cut up potatoes in pot, and just cover it with
water. Boil.
After a few minutes, start to mash with potato masher.
Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to mash.
Serve plain, or top with
Gravy recipe. You can also use
instant packaged gravy mixes OR canned/bottled as
well.
