Meatballs
NOTE:
You can serve these as appetizers as well. I would make
them a bit more smaller and bake for 20 min.
Then top with their own juices or pour some BBQ sauce over
the top. (Add a bit of water to the sauce so it's not so thick)
Or you can pour a bit of homemade Spaghetti sauce over
them.
Plop in toothpicks and serve from platter, or if you have a
small crock pot, put in there and keep on low.

You can also saute Meatballs in Butter until browned if you
prefer.

You can freeze the Meatballs. Defrost and reheat a bit in the
oven or microwave with a bit of water.

When you remove the crusts of bread, freeze them. Later on
you can cut up and bake in oven (topped with a bit of melted
Butter, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder) and use as
CROUTONS!!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 Cup chopped Onions
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup or more Breadcrumbs
3-4 slices or more White Bread (crusts removed & cut up into
little cubes.

DIRECTIONS:
Begin to add all the ingredients.
Mix thoroughly with your hands.

Form into golf sized balls and put into baking pan. Add some
water to bottom of the pan, this will prevent them from
sticking. Bake 350*F for about 1/2 hour, turning them over
after 15 min. (Add more water if needed)
Serve with Spaghetti or...
