|1 lb or so of Short Pasta such as Rotini, Farfalle etc
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1/4 to 3/4 Cups Black Olives sliced
1/4 Cup Green Onions sliced
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Italian Dressing
several handfulls of Parmesan & shredded Mozzarella
1/2 Cup or more Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half
1/4 to 1/2 Cup fine diced Green Peppers
1/4 to 1/2 Cup quick steamed Broccoli
a skinned and chopped Cucumbers (optional)
Mix Veggies & Cheese with cooked Pasta and Salad
dressing. Taste. Refrigerate & serve cold.
|NOTE: Try adding a splash of Creamy
Dressings (Ranch, Blue Cheese, etc)
to this recipe for a creamier taste.
