Salad Dressings
ITALIAN
about 1 Cup Olive Oil
good dashes of Salt, Pepper
Parsley, Oregano, Basil & Garlic
Powder
baby handfuls of Grated Parmesan,
Shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar
very generous splash of Red Wine
Vinegar or Tarragon Vinegar (or
Red or White Wine)
DIRECTIONS:
Stir all up, cover.
REFRIGERATE (no more than 2
weeks)
CREAMY GARLIC
Lots of finely diced Garlic (about 2
Tablespoons - put cloves in food
processor or use already diced
garlic)
1/2 Cup or more of Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayo
Whole Milk to thin (about 1/4 - 1/2
Cup)
baby handful of Granulated Garlic
VERY generous dash of Garlic
Powder
Salt and Ppper to taste
Splash of Red Wine (optional)
Pinch Sugar to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all, refrigerate, add more Milk
to thin again after refrigerating.
Keeps for about 1 week
refrigerated.
THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Salad Dressing (like
Miracle Whip)
1/4 Cup or more of Sour Cream
about 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Whole Milk to
thin it out
generous dash of Ketchup to color
Large Italian pinch of dried Dill
Salt & Pepper to taste
A large spoonful of Relish (or take
a couple Pickles & zap them in
blender/food processor)

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all, refrigerate, add more Milk
to thin again after refrigerating.
Keeps for about 2 weeks.
Balsamic Maple Syrup Dressing
Dashes of:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Dry Mustard
Oregano
Parsley
1/4 Cup Parmesan
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients, stir, refrigerate
for no more than 2 weeks. Bring to
room temperature before using.
TRADITIONAL CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
2 Egg Yolks
3 strips of Anchovy's
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup grated Romano or Parmesan
1/2 shot of Brandy
2 Tablespoons pureed Garlic Cloves
baby pinch of Sugar
baby dash of Worcester Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all in blender or food processor.
If you want it "creamy" add a dash of
Heavy Whipping Cream.
Refrigerate for no more than 1 week,
stirring up before using.
ZESTY ITALIAN
about 1 Cup Olive Oil
good dashes of Salt, Pepper
Parsley, Oregano, Basil & Garlic
Powder
baby handful of Grated
Parmesan,
At least one cup of diced up
Multi colored Peppers blended
or put into food processor
generous pinch of Sugar (to
taste)
Stir up, cover.
REFRIGERATE (no more than 2
weeks)
If you want "creamy" then add
some small amounts of Sour
Cream, Heavy Whipping Cream,
WHOLE Milk, and blend in
blender.
