Savory
Cabbage with
Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
1 small head of SAVOY Cabbage
2 Garlic cloves, diced very fine
1/4 Cup cooked Shrimp, diced
Splash Heavy Whipping Cream
Splash White Wine
1 Cup or so of Chicken Broth
Biscuits

DIRECTIONS
Start to prepare your Biscuits for baking.
Remove outer leaves from Savoy Cabbage,
toss.
Dice up Cabbage.
Put Cabbage and Garlic in pot, just cover with
some Chicken Broth. Bring to boil, then
simmer till soft (about 10 min or so).
Take off heat and let cool down. Add splash
each of Heavy Cream and White Wine. Add
Shrimp, and return to heat on low, stirring
frequently. The sauce will thicken up.
Bake Biscuit. Slice in half, and with slotted
spoon put some of the Cabbage mixture. Top
with the top part of the bun and serve.
