Tetrazzini
                                  INGREDIENTS:
Handful of diced Ham, Turkey or Chicken (from left overs or thick slice from Deli)
1/4 Cup of Peas (from can or frozen)
1 Celery stalk, peeled and diced fine
Splash of Cooking Sherry
2 Mushrooms, diced
1/4 Cup diced Onion (Shallot, Red or Yellow)
1/2 Cup HEAVY Whipping Cream
a notch or two of Butter
Salt and Pepper
Diced Tomatoes for Garnish
6 oz boiled Pasta

                                   DIRECTIONS:
Begin to boil Pasta.
Sauté Onion, Mushrooms and Celery in Butter. Add diced Meat, heat up. Add
Heavy Whipping Cream (and a bit more Butter if it's getting dried out.) Add
splash Cooking Sherry. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Pour Sauce over plated Pasta, top with Peas and Tomatoes for garnish, serve.
